Yin Yoga/Meditation Classes
Yin Yoga is the oldest form of Hatha yoga. Typically it is practiced in order to open the hip, chest and shoulders preparing for a seated meditation practice. This is entirely a "passive" more gentle form of yoga where postures are held for several minutes to open up the muscles, joints, ligaments and lengthen the connective tissue.
Vanessa may follow if requested with a seated meditation class teaching students the basics of meditation, breath work, philosophy of meditation. She will also include various forms of meditation techniques as well as guided visualization meditations to relax, empower and inspire students to live their best life today!
